At Lavlife, we want you to love your purchase. As a small boutique, we curate our collection with care and hope each piece finds a perfect home. Please review our return policy below before making your purchase.
14-Day Store Credit Policy
We offer returns for store credit only. We do not issue original payment refunds.
· Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
· Form of Compensation: Eligible returns will be issued a digital gift card/store credit for the purchase price of the item(s), which never expires.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for store credit, items must meet the following criteria:
· Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
· All original tags must be attached.
· Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume scents.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit:
· Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
· Intimates, bodysuits, and jewelry (for hygienic reasons).
· Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email shoplavlife@gmail.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
1. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to mail your package.
2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
3. Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our boutique. Your store credit will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us at shoplavlife@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to ensure a replacement or appropriate resolution is provided.
